Tasting notes - Bright yellow colour, bouquet of white and yellow fruits mixed with citrus fruits. Well-balanced on the palate, undertones of mature fruitiness; juicy sauvignon grape finish.

Serving suggestion - Best at 11°C for an aperitif, or with fish, shellfish, Asian or Lebanese cuisines and, more traditionally, crottin de Chavignol goats cheese.

Peak time to drink - Best enjoyed young to benefit from the freshness and fruity qualities, but can surprise with its preserved flavours after several years.
