Cask - European and American oak, with a selective finish in new French Limousin oak

Taste - A rich and indulgent single malt with ripe fruit, sweet toffee, and toasted hazelnut notes, giving way to a warm, spiced finish.

Nose - Aromas of blood orange, stewed apples and rich toffee, followed by dark chocolate ginger spiced biscuits

Finish - Warm, mellow and spiced

Palate - Rich flavours of ripe mango and sweet toffee, combined with warming cinnamon spice and toasted hazelnuts
