The grapes for Sella & Mosca’s Cannonau di Sardegna are harvested in late autumn and undergo fermentation on the skins in temperature controlled stainless steel vats; the wine is then aged two years in large Slavonian oak barrels with an additional several months in bottle.

This is an elegant wine with black and red berry aromas accented by herbal and earthy notes. Lively acidity is balanced by ripe tannins.
